PROCAM accepts payments by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please be sure to provide the correct billing information for the card being used. Billing information includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or card issuer. We will not ship to an address that is different than the cards billing address. We accept PayPal payments provided that the shipping address is a PayPal confirmed address.
All orders are subject to PROCAM’s Verification procedures which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you are the card owner and/or to verify that the order and shipping information is legit.
If your order requires additional verification you will be notified by phone or email. It is important that you leave both daytime and home phone/cell numbers when ordering and that you keep your information current. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect our customers as well as ourselves.
We do not collect tax for orders shipped outside the State of Michigan. Local sales tax applies to orders being purchased in Michigan. We do not accept resale or tax exempt status on online orders. If you wish to apply a tax exempt form to your order, please place your order by phone or In-Store.
International orders are subject to tax, duty and import fees.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped out. If the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Once shipped and in transit, an order cannot be canceled. If the delivery is refused, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit, and at our discretion a restocking fee may also be charged.
We try our best to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery.
In the event that an item is out of stock or for any other reason it's unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it to you.
Due to high international shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the entire order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

We email you a tracking number as soon as it's available (Note: it may take up to 24 hrs to be updated online).
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of the item(s). Place your items in the 'Shopping Cart' to calculate the shipping charges. The shipping calculator is available so you can calculate the shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout the actual shipping cost may change. Select products qualify for free standard shipping within the Continental US only.
We try our best to get your order shipped and delivered to you as fast as we can. We ship all orders through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier than your selected method at checkout. In some cases, UPS or USPS shipping methods may be substituted for FedEx whenever it shows that your order can be delivered sooner and can provide better tracking service We will make every attempt to contact you in the event your product(s) are back-ordered or for any other known delay in shipping your order.
Orders placed Moday through Friday typically ship the same or next business day. Weekend orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. If there is a problem with your order you will receive a phone call or e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
PROCAM ships throughout the U.S., Canada and many countries worldwide. Please note that international deliveries can average 2-7 days with Express shipping or 4-21 days with Standard shipping... Plus time to clear through customs.
Damaged / Missing Items
All missing item claims must be reported immediately. Contact us within 48 business hours to report a missing item from your shipment. If you find damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please do not return the merchandise without contacting us first, as it will delay the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be paid for by the recipient. PROCAM has NO control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

If an international order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, PROCAM reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer. The shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit, and at our discretion a restocking fee might also be deducted.
Manufacturer's rebates may not be valid for merchandise shipped outside the USA.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PROCAM within 14 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

All products sold by PROCAM are warranted directly by the manufacturer/distributor. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. PROCAM is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.
Open Box / Demo / B-Stock Items
Items can be marked as "Open Box", “Demo” or “B-Stock” for many different reasons… (i.e., returned without original packaging, writing on the original packaging, packaging and items opened and tested, demo model that was opened/used as a display item) they may not include all accessories, manuals or original packaging. Open Box/Demo items are covered under original manufacturer's warranty. We recommend that you inspect and test the product immediately upon receipt.
All mail-in rebates are honored directly by the manufacturer who issues them. PROCAM will provide you with the required information and forms to claim a rebate. For a list of rebates and to obtain claim forms, visit our Rebate Center.
By opening or using a product purchased from PROCAM, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the term and conditions of sale as set forth below. PROCAM makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law. Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and Seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination. PROCAM will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any is imposed, of PROCAM in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.
