PROCAM's mission is to provide you the best quality and selection of cameras, equipment and accessories at the lowest prices anywhere. If you are looking for an item that is not on our website or in our store, please let us know and we will try our best to find it for you.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for whatever reason*, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PROCAM within 14 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
PROCAM accepts payments by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please be sure to provide the correct billing information for the card being used. Billing information includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or card issuer. We will not ship to an address that is different than the cards billing address. We accept PayPal payments provided that the shipping address is a PayPal confirmed address.
All orders are subject to PROCAM’s Verification procedures which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you are the card owner and/or to verify that the order and shipping information is legit.
If your order requires additional verification you will be notified by phone or email. It is important that you leave both daytime and home phone/cell numbers when ordering and that you keep your information current. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect our customers as well as ourselves.
To protect our customer's personal information and stop credit card fraud, PROCAM can only ship to the billing address listed with your card company.
Most companies only check a customer's billing address. Once a credit card thief has this information it allows them to ship merchandise to any address. With this method it could be days or weeks before the fraud is detected.
PROCAM takes it one step further and checks the shipping address too. As soon as a customer clicks the "Submit Order" order button on our website, an address verification check is conducted. If the customer's shipping address is not on file with the credit card company the order is automatically declined and sent to our AVS Fraud Team.
To prevent a delay in your order, please ensure that your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as billing address.
Please note: We do not accept credit cards from non U.S. issuing banks or credit cards where AVS is not supported by the credit card issuing bank.
If you do not wish to ship to the billing address you may use another form of payment or Contact Us for other payment options.
We do not collect tax for orders shipped outside the States of Michigan or Illinois. Local sales tax applies to orders being purchased in Michigan or Illinois. We do not accept resale or tax exempt status on online orders. If you wish to apply a tax exempt form to your order, please place your order by phone or In-Store.
International orders are subject to tax, duty and import fees.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped out. If the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Once shipped and in transit, an order cannot be canceled. If the delivery is refused, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit, and at our discretion a restocking fee may also be charged.
We try our best to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery.
In the event that an item is out of stock or for any other reason it's unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it to you.
Due to high international shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the entire order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Contact Us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

You can log in to your account and check the status of your order while it is being processed.

We email you a tracking number as soon as it's available (Note: it may take up to 24 hrs to be updated online).
