SALES ASSOCIATE POSITIONS

PROCAM is seeking energetic, motivated candidates to join our team! Full-time sales positions available.
Retail Sales Associates have an overall responsibility to provide knowledgeable and professional service to all customers and help grow product sales and add-on business in the store. Associates must quickly build ongoing customer relationships and become a trusted advisor by utilizing advanced selling skills and knowledge (including cross-selling of products and services) to meet a customer's needs. He or she is held accountable for sales performance by providing excellent customer service, product demonstrations, and ensuring all store displays, merchandising and pricing are up to date and maintained. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, store merchandising, inventory stocking, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding industry standards.
Requirements:
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
• Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment is preferred
• Familiarity with using basic computer and POS register procedures
• Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs including evenings, holidays and weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
• Excellent follow-up and persuasion skills
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent

Product Listing Specialist / Data Entry
Locations: Livonia, MI | Aurora, IL | Cincinnati, OH

PROCAM is seeking energetic, motivated candidates to join our E-COMMERCE team!
We are looking to enhance our team and seek motivated, quick thinking, results-oriented individual to take part in our E-COMMERCE team. We offer flexibility in total hours and work schedule to fit individual needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create listings of new and used camera, lenses and accessories within our Shopify web platform.
- Link listings to our eBay and Amazon stores.
- Correctly identifying model numbers and cosmetic defects.
- Update product information such as titles, descriptions, specs and images in order to present and market the products to consumers online.
- Provide high quality listing pictures of used gear.
- Pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Complete all projects in a timely and satisfactory manner, as assigned by manager.
- Update managers regarding problems and recommendations for improvement or correction.
- Other tasks as required to meet team goals.
Key Skills:
- Must be highly reliable, honest, patient, organized and focused.
- Tech-savvy: Willing to learn new software.
- Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office (Excel) & Basic HTML.
- Good written and communication skills are required.
- Energetic, enjoy working and helping people.
- Ability to work independently with time management skills.
- Driver’s License and a vehicle.
