Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Any returns without all original packaging, cables, accessories, manuals and documentation will be rejected.
PROCAM reserves the right to reject any return at our discretion. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange if we believe the items are intentionally used, damaged or misused.
After 14 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in credit purposes only.
Returns for purchases made online may be exchanged or returned in store at any PROCAM location. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment or as a PROCAM Gift Card.
Free shipping items will have all shipping costs deducted from the refund total.
We do not accept for refund or exchange the following products once opened:
*Exceptions in cases of product being defective or DOA. Opened items that qualify as defective can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Defective and DOA (Dead on Arrival) is defined as a brand new item that will not turn on or does not function initially as a manufactures defect.
Used Items include a 30-Day warranty against defects and are otherwise sold AS-IS. If the used item is defective, it may be returned for store credit within the 30-Day warranty period. Otherwise, all used sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for credit. Cosmetic and normal wear such as scratches, scuffs or nicks are not covered under our used warranty.
RESERVATIONS & RENTAL DEPOSITS
All reservation payments and rental deposits are non-refundable and cannot be re-scheduled. This includes any equipment, studio or instruction/class reservations. No exceptions.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunded funds.
Limit of Liability
Submitting any tangible or electronic media, memory, images, data files, cards, discs, devices film, slides and/or negatives to PROCAM for the purpose such as processing, printing, duplication, recovery, alterations, enlargement, storage, transmission or other handling constitutes an agreement that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary and/or agents even though negligence fault will only entitle you replacement with equivalent quantity of unexposed photographic or digital media. Except acceptance the image is without liability and recovery incidental consequential excluded. No expressed implied warranty provided.
