Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made online at procam.com and
 in-store at any PROCAM retail location.

Return Eligibility

Items purchased from PROCAM may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date received (online orders) or date of purchase (in-store purchases).

Condition Requirements
  • Unopened / Unused Items
    Eligible for a full refund within 14 days (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • Opened / Used (Non-Defective) Items
    Subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.
Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. After 14 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be eligible for trade-in credit only, at PROCAM’s discretion.

Online Orders & In-Store Returns

Purchases may be returned or exchanged in-store at any PROCAM location.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as a PROCAM Store Credit.

Orders that included free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Online Returns - Authorization Required
All online returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without a return authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless found to be DOA or defective:
  • Memory cards
  • Batteries
  • Backgrounds (cloth or paper)
  • Film
  • Photographic / inkjet paper
  • Light bulbs / flash tubes
  • Ink cartridges
  • Printers (once ink is installed)
  • Software
  • Motorized gimbals / stabilizers
  • Cinema cameras & lenses
  • Blackmagic Design products
  • DJI products
  • Drones & drone accessories
  • Non-stocked or special-order items

Defective / DOA Exceptions
Opened items found to be defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange.

DOA is defined as a new product that fails to power on or function due to a manufacturer defect.

All returns are subject to inspection.

Inspection & Packaging Requirements

Returns will be rejected if:
  • UPC codes or serial numbers have been removed or altered

  • Original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, or documentation are missing

  • The product shows signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear
PROCAM reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:
Return the original item (with authorization)
Place a new order once the return is accepted

Reservations & Rental Deposits

All reservation payments and rental deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, including:
  • Equipment rentals
  • Studio reservations
  • Classes or instruction

Limit of Liability

By submitting any physical or digital media (including memory cards, film, slides, negatives, or data files) to PROCAM for processing, printing, duplication, recovery, storage, or handling, you agree that PROCAM’s liability for loss or damage—regardless of cause, including negligence—is limited to replacement with equivalent unexposed media.

PROCAM is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
No express or implied warranties are provided.
