Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Shipping
Orders for in-stock items placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM EST, or Saturday before 12:00 PM EST, typically ship the same day, pending payment verification.
Orders placed after these cutoff times, or on Sunday, will be processed and shipped the next business day. If there are any issues with your order, our team will contact you directly.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup orders placed Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM are typically ready within 30–60 minutes. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
The cardholder must be present at pickup and must bring a valid photo ID along with the credit card used to place the order.
Orders placed outside of store hours or over the weekend (for shipping or in-store pickup) will be processed the next business day.
Expedited Shipping
Many of our items qualify for Free Shipping and often arrive within 1–2 business days. For customers who need faster delivery, we also offer Expedited, 2-Day, and Next Day shipping options at checkout.
Please note that Expedited and Next Day shipping are business-day services only. There is no Sunday delivery for these options, and shipments may not be delivered on Saturdays depending on the carrier.
Orders placed or shipped on Sunday are not picked up by the carrier until Monday. If you require a specific delivery speed, simply select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Add items to your shopping cart to view estimated shipping costs before completing checkout.
The shipping calculator allows you to see the total shipping charges for your full order prior to placing it. Select products may qualify for free shipping within the Continental United States only.
International Shipping
Due to international shipping restrictions, we currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
If you plan to use a product outside the U.S., please review the product specifications to confirm compatibility with your country’s standards.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please take a moment to inspect your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything is present and in good condition. If anything is missing or damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve it quickly.
If your package or items show any signs of damage, please keep the original shipping box and all packing materials, including boxes, manuals, accessories, inserts, and protective packaging. This helps us and the carrier process your claim as smoothly as possible.
In some cases, the shipping carrier may need to inspect the package before a replacement or refund can be issued. Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the proper return authorization and guide you through the next steps. Returning items without authorization may delay your replacement or credit, and we want to avoid that for you.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship as soon as they are received. Fulfillment is prioritized in the following order: customers who have pre-paid, then those who have placed a deposit, followed by customers on the waitlist.
We process pre-orders in the order they are received within each group and will ship your item as soon as inventory becomes available.
Payment Verification
Some orders may require additional payment or credit verification to ensure your security. In these cases, order processing and shipment may be delayed until verification is complete and final approval is received. To help avoid delays, please ensure your billing and contact information is accurate and up to date before placing your order.
Please note that we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, regardless of the billing address associated with the payment.
