In many cases, we’re able to recover most or all of the lost data. In situations where files are severely corrupted, only partial recovery may be possible. Recovery results depend on the condition of the card and the specific circumstances surrounding the data loss.
Supported Media Types
We can typically attempt recovery from the following formats:
- SD / SDHC / SDXC
- CompactFlash
- MicroSD
- XQD
- CFast
- CFexpress
- Select USB flash drives
Pricing & Requirements
Standard memory card recovery starts at $75
Pricing does not include replacement or backup media
A new or empty memory card, USB drive, or hard drive must be provided for transferring recovered data.
If no data is recoverable, a $20 diagnostic fee applies.
Important Notes
In-store service only — we do not accept media shipped by mail.
All recovery attempts are 100% software-based.
We do not perform recovery on media with severe physical damage.
For example, crushed, snapped, or run-over cards must be sent to a specialized data recovery lab.
