In-store pick up orders require card holder to be present during pick up.*

  1. Your valid government-issued photo ID
  2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
  3. Your order number

In-store pick up orders require card holder to be present during pick up. Bring your ID and credit card used to place the order online.

In-Store Pickup lets you purchase items online and pick them up in our store. You avoid any shipping and delivery charges — and may be able to get your order faster.

How it works:

  • During checkout, choose Local Pickup and select your store location.
  • Complete your order online and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this will be a separate email from your order confirmation).
  • Bring your photo ID, credit card and order number to the store and pick up your items.
  • We will hold your items at the store for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we will cancel and refund your the order.

 What to bring to for pickup:

  • Your valid, government-issued photo ID.
  • The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
  • Your order number.

Who can pick up your order:

  • In order to pick up your package, please bring a valid government-approved photo ID.
  • The order can only be picked up by the original customer who completed the purchase online.
  • Please ensure you have all information with you before picking up at our stores.

Orders for in-store pick up placed Monday-Friday (10am-5pm) are generally ready for pick up within an hour or two - we will email you as soon as your order is ready.

Orders placed online over the weekend, either for shipping or in-store pick up, will be processed the following Monday.
