In-Store Pick Up
Orders for in-store pick up placed Monday-Friday (10am-5pm) are generally ready for pick up within 30 minutes to an hour - we will email you as soon as your order is ready.
In-store pick up orders require card holder to be present during pick up. Bring your ID and credit card used to place the order online. Orders placed online over the weekend, either for shipping or in-store pick up, will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of the item(s). Place your items in the shopping cart' to calculate the shipping charges. The shipping calculator is available so you can calculate the shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout the actual shipping cost may change. Select products may qualify for free standard shipping within the Continental US only.
We offer Next Day, 2-day and 3-day shipping options. Expedited shipping times refer to business days only and will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call for more information.
We'll choose the most efficient shipping method to get your package to you as quickly and economically as possible. If specific delivery options are required, simply choose that specific shipping method at checkout.
Transit times are estimated and shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather along the shipping route.
We try our best to get your order shipped and delivered to you as fast as we can. We ship all orders through UPS or USPS. Some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier than your selected method at checkout. In some cases, UPS or USPS shipping methods may be substituted whenever it shows that your order can be delivered sooner and can provide better tracking service. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event your product(s) are back-ordered or for any other known delay in shipping your order.
Damaged / Missing Items
Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All missing or damaged item claims must be reported within 48 hours. If you find damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately.
All original manufactures packaging must be retained until any issues have been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instruction manuals, inserts, accessories, plastic, bags, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the item.
In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. Please do not return the merchandise without contacting us for a return authorization first, as it will delay the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Pre order items will ship as soon as received with priority given to those who have pre-paid, placed a deposit, or asked to be on a waitlist, in that order.
Orders that require additional credit verification may take longer to process and shipment of the order can be done after final approval.
We are unable to ship to any address other than the billing address on your credit card or other payment method. Please make sure your information is current BEFORE placing your order with us.
We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, regardless of what the billing address is on the credit card or other payment method.
International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be paid for by the recipient. PROCAM has NO control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Due to high International shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.
If an international order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, PROCAM reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer. The shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit, and at our discretion a restocking fee might also be deducted.
Manufacturer's rebates may not be valid for merchandise shipped outside the USA. Please check your product's specifications page to ensure that your product works in your country.
