Just a minor glitches with the status update. Never received email confirmation to pick up. Support updated the online status and sent confirmation that it was ready for pick up two days later.

I like Procam. I am originally from the area and I am deeply disgusted with B&H and Adorama. I would very much like to make Procam my one stop for all things photographic. One area for improvement would be to offer a more comprehensive selection of products. I was ready to purchase a Godox AD100Pro recently but had to buy from NYC as it wasn't offered from Procam - that is a common product that you should stock. Other than that, no complaints about Procam. I've been very happy with all my purchases so far.

Good customer service. Staff knowledgeable of their inventory. Store is well stocked.
