Where can I drop off my film?

You can drop off your film at any PROCAM location . We have locations in Michigan, Illinois and Ohio. You can also mail in your film for processing, scanning and printing.

How do I mail in film?

• Place your order on procamprints.com  
• Package your film securely and include your printed receipt.
• Mail it to your closest PROCAM location .
• We’ll process your film and deliver your scans, prints, or negatives according to your preferences.

What film types do you process?

We process the following film types:
• Color C-41: 35mm, 120, 110, 126, 620, APS, disposable cameras
• Black & White: B&W films like Ilford, Kodak Tri-X, HP5, etc.
• C-41 B&W Films (e.g., Kodak BW400CN, Ilford XP2)
• E-6 Slide Film

What kind of scanners do you use?

We use professional Fuji Frontier and Noritsu lab scanners for digital scans. These provide:
• Accurate color reproduction
• High resolution and clarity
• Gentle handling of your film
You can choose between standard resolution, high res and premium res scans, depending on your needs.

What resolutions are the scanned negatives?

• Standard Scan is 1200x1800 (approximately 1MB file) – prints up to 5x7
• High Res Scan is 2400x3600 (approximately 4-6MB file) – prints up to 11x14
• Ultra Res Scan is 3600x5400 (approximately 12-15MB file) – prints 12x18 and larger or printing from a cropped file

How do I access my scanned images online?

• Your scanned images will be uploaded to a password protected account on procamprints.com   for easy viewing, downloading and sharing.
• USB Drive (optional add-on)
• All negatives are returned safely with your order.

1. Sign into your procamprints.com account .
2. Click 'MY PHOTOS' at the top of the page.
Your images will be in folders on the left side of the page. Simply click on the folder and your images will appear.
*Uploaded film/scanned mages may be saved as a new collections titled as the date of upload/or the twin check number. You can change the name of the collection under 'COLLECTION SETTINGS'.

Do I have to get scans or prints?

Nope! You can choose film development only if you'd like to archive your negatives or scan them yourself. We’ll return your developed negatives uncut or sleeved and ready for storage.

What’s the turnaround time?

• Standard turnaround: 35mm and 120 are ready in 24 hours. This may vary based on the current workflow.
• Rush service is available for an additional fee.
• E6 and specialty films may take longer. Please contact us for the current turnaround time.

How much does film processing cost?

Pricing varies by film type and service level. Visit procamprints.com   for current pricing or stop by in-store. 

Do you offer disposable camera processing?

Yes! Drop off or mail in your single-use cameras—we’ll handle developing, scanning, and returning your prints and negatives.

Do you color correct scans?

Yes! Every negative is reviewed by trained lab technicians for color accuracy and density correction. If you’re a pro who prefers uncorrected files, just let us know and we’ll scan your film as-is.

Can you push/pull process my film?

Absolutely. We can accommodate push/pull processing for B&W and some color films. Just write your request clearly on your order form or speak with a team member.

Do you return negatives?

Always! Your negatives are the original and we return them sleeved unless uncut is requested. Scans and prints are great, but the negative holds the full image data.

Why would I want my negatives?

• Scans and prints can be lost, corrupted, or outdated.
• Your negatives remain a physical, analog backup you control.
• As scanning tech improves over time, you may want to rescan your negatives later for even better quality.
• Different scanning settings or equipment can bring out new tones, details, or crop options.
• Properly stored, negatives can last over 100 years.

What cool things can I do with my digital scans from PROCAM?

Once your scanned images are on procamprints.com , you can turn your images into high-quality prints, metal or canvas wall art, photo books, or custom gifts like mugs and photo slates. Your scans are perfect for sharing online and creative projects. It's a great way to bring your analog photos into the digital world—and do something amazing with them!

Is there a film camera rental program?

Yes! When you buy film and film processing from PROCAM, you’re eligible for a free 35mm camera rental (limited availability). It's a great way to explore film without buying a camera right away. Ask in-store for availability and details.

Is there a film rewards program?

Yes! When you process 9 rolls of 35mm or 120 film with us, your 10th roll of processing is free!

Submitting any tangible or electronic media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an agreement that if such film, print, slide, negative, or digital media is damaged, lost or mishandled by our company or affiliated company, agents or employees; even though by our negligence or other fault of any of the foregoing, or if unauthorized access is gained or misuse of an image is made by any third party, our liability will be limited, at our option, to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media. Except for such replacement or refund, the acceptance for processing, printing, or handling of any film, slides, negatives or digital media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damage is excluded.
