What You'll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the friendly face of PROCAM, delivering top-tier service that turns first-time visitors into lifelong customers. Your key responsibilities include:
- Building genuine, trust-based relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the perfect gear—from entry-level cameras to pro-level lighting kits.
- Driving sales growth through product knowledge, dynamic demonstrations, and seamless cross-selling of accessories, services, and workshops.
- Maintaining a stunning store environment by keeping displays fresh, merchandising on point, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory.
- Collaborating with the team to stock shelves, handle daily operations, and exceed sales goals with integrity and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates who bring energy, expertise, and a customer-first mindset. Ideal qualifications include:
- Proven track record in retail sales, especially in specialty retail like electronics, photography, or consumer tech (experience with cameras a huge plus!).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to connect with everyone from hobbyists to professionals.
- Solid computer skills, including POS systems and basic inventory software.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong persuasion and follow-through abilities.
- Ability to hustle independently while being a reliable team player.
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
