RENTALS FAQ'S, REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES

RENTAL RESERVATIONS
Rental reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.


 

SECURITY DEPOSIT
All rentals will require a refundable security deposit at the time of pickup, which is a charge held on your credit or debit card.


We charge your account the amount of the security deposit at the time of pick up. Once the rental is returned, we will refund your account the amount of the deposit. Please note the time it takes to post back to your bank/credit account will depend on your banking institution. Typically, 1-4 business days. Debit cards may take longer.


 

COI & Third Party Insurance
We will not accept a certificate of insurance in place of our required security deposit. 

All rentals will require a refundable security deposit. The deposit is charged at the time of pickup and is equal to the replacement value of the equipment (list price).


 

REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION
In order to rent you need to have a valid Credit Card and US Driver’s License or State-issued Photo ID (Passports are not accepted).


 

CARDHOLDER & PICKUP
Cardholder must be present at pickup. The person picking up the rental equipment must be the same person posting the security deposit with their credit card and valid ID.
We cannot allow someone else to pick up for you, No Exceptions.

OPTIONAL DAMAGE WAIVER

What does the damage waiver cover?
Our standard Damage Waiver protection covers accidental damage to our equipment as long as you can return it to us. With our Damage Waiver, you will never owe more than 10% of the replacement cost of the damaged equipment, no matter how expensive the repair actually is.


What is not covered with the damage waiver?
Some types of damage is NOT covered by our Damage Waiver. This includes but not limited to:

- Loss or Theft
- Camera sensor damage caused by exposure to the Sun or the elements (regardless of filter used)
- Sand, dust, smoke damage
- Water / liquid damage
- Intentional damage
- Damage arising from reckless or grossly negligent use of the equipment
- Damage caused by abusive or abnormal use of the equipment

What if i choose to decline the damage waiver and the gear is damaged?
If you decline to accept the damage waiver, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost to repair or replace the item.

I changed my mind after I placed my order, can I add or remove the damage waiver?
Yes, as long as the gear has not been picked-up. Once the gear has been picked-up, you can no longer add or remove the damage waiver.

Liability of Rented Gear
From when you receive the gear until it is returned to us, you are held liable for all rented gear.
