RENTALS FAQ'S, REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES

RENTAL RESERVATIONS
Rental reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled



SECURITY DEPOSIT
All rentals will require a refundable security deposit at the time of pickup, which is a charge held on your credit or debit card.
We charge your account the amount of the security deposit at the time of pick up. Once the rental is returned, we will refund your account the amount of the deposit. Please note the time it takes to post back to your bank/credit account will depend on your banking institution. Typically, 1-4 business days. Debit cards may take longer.



REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION
In order to rent you need to have a valid Credit Card and US Driver’s License or State-issued Photo ID (Passports are not accepted).



CARDHOLDER & PICKUP
Cardholder must be present at pickup. The person picking up the rental equipment must be the same person posting the security deposit with their credit card and valid ID.
We cannot allow someone else to pick up for you, No Exceptions.

*Purchase the same NEW item that you rented from us within 30 days. Get up to your 3-Day rental fee applied to the purchase of that same NEW item.



OPTIONAL DAMAGE WAIVER

  • What does the damage waiver cover?
    If you decide to accept the damage waiver fee and the gear is damaged, you are only responsible for 15% of the replacement value for that particular item, or the cost to repair, whichever is the least expensive. For example, a $1000 lens is damaged, you are responsible for up to $150 dollars for the cost to repair. If the repair comes in at $100, you are only responsible for that amount. Damage waiver does not cover water damage, sand, loss / theft or any other sort of negligent damage. If the item is beyond repair, you are responsible for 100% of the cost to replace the equipment.

  • What if i choose to decline the damage waiver and the gear is damaged?
    If you decline to accept the damage waiver, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost to repair or replace the item.

  • What is not covered under damage waiver?
    Theft or loss of an item is not covered. Water damage and or any liquid damage will not be covered under the damage waiver. This means coffee, paint, water, and anything else that is liquid. Sand damage is also not covered and considered negligent damage. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost to replace the item.

  • I changed my mind after I placed my order, can I add or remove the damage waiver?
    Yes, as long as the gear has not been picked-up. Once the gear has been picked-up, you can no longer add or remove the damage waiver.
