The Manfrotto TOP 4C  pantograph is made of aluminium (P-Al MgSi UNI 3569) and manufactured according to DIN 15560-46. 

The attachments are 5/8" male (bottom)  and 5/8"female ( top). The load is supported by a steel cable of 2mm diameter (safety factor 12). 

Loads up to approxomately 26 lbs can be suspended using only the patented friction device and cable, while the maximum load capacity of 39 lbs.require the use of the optional springs. 

The TOP 4C Pantograph extends from 14.96" minimum to about 12 feet at full extension. Item weight is about 16 lbs, with a width of 5.91 inches.
