SmallRig HawkLock Handheld Cage Kit for Sony FX5
SmallRig "HawkLock" Handheld Cage Kit for Sony FX5 (6778) is designed to protect the camera body, expand accessory mounting, and support stable handheld and low-angle shooting.
The modular cage system includes a top plate and U-shaped cage, allowing flexible configurations for different shooting setups. Each component is secured at multiple points to prevent twisting, while built-in protective pads help prevent scratches.
The ergonomic top handle mounts quickly via a NATO clamp and provides a secure grip for low-angle shooting. Its enclosed design helps prevent accidental drops. A dedicated HDMI cable clamp protects the port and ensures stable signal transmission, while the included wrist strap improves comfort and security during extended handheld use.
The cage features multiple mounting options including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI locating holes, a NATO rail, Arca-type quick release plate, QD socket, and wrist strap slot.
The integrated Arca-type base is compatible with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro, and RS 5 stabilizers, as well as Arca-type tripods, allowing quick transitions between handheld, gimbal, and tripod shooting. A magnetic wrench is built in for easy adjustments.
