Built upon the same innovative foundation as the STORM 1200x and STORM XT52, the STORM 400x features Aputure’s proprietary BLAIR LED chipset—an advanced five-diode design that incorporates Blue, Lime, Amber, Indigo, and Red (BLAIR) emitters. This cutting-edge chipset enables more efficient spectral blending and unparalleled white light accuracy.

Advanced diode color mixing
Thanks to its advanced diode architecture and optical design, the STORM 400x achieves an impressive 27,100 lux at 1 meter (5600K) when using its included 35º reflector.
