ProMaster Fine Art Baryta Natural Satin Inkjet Paper is an acid free, museum-quality media with increased tonal range and sharp image details for amazing color prints and magical B&W prints.
This Baryta paper uses a barium sulfate coating over the base stock which creates special properties including a wider color gamut, rich blacks, and sharper image details.
The paper surface is a smooth, satin finish which looks amazing framed or unframed.
Its natural grade of whiteness (85%) comes from the beautiful 100% premium alpha-cellulose base stock and without the use of OBAs (Optical Brightening Agents). This means the paper will not suffer from metamerism issues under various types of light, particularly those containing UV*. This natural whiteness may appear slightly warm-toned just like the best traditional fiber-based darkroom papers have over the ages.
With ProMaster’s Fine Art Baryta Natural Satin Inkjet Paper color prints simply look amazing; and, black & white prints take on a magical quality.
The density and thickness of this paper give it a luxurious, gallery-quality feel. This inkjet media is constructed of a 100% alpha-cellulose base stock which is also acid free.
*Please note that while a paper lacking OBAs will maintain a consistent appearance under lights with and without UV, the inks used in your printer may have different properties regarding metamerism.
