This lightweight aluminum "Night Eagle" Full Camera Cage Kit from SmallRig protects and provides accessory mounting for your Nikon Z8 camera.The kit includes a "Night Eagle" full camera cage, a top handle, a detachable shoe mount, and an HDMI/USB-C cable clamp.
This formfitting cage features a "Night Eagle" design that provides gold and red trim with a retro leather handgrip, and it follows the contouring of the camera's original lines. The cage maintains access to all the camera's controls, battery, and SD card slots, and it features a variety of mounting options. The camera secures onto the cage using a 1/4"-20 camera screw. The top handle provides two additional shoe mounts, multiple mounting threads, and the sides flip up like wings to reveal storage for mounting screws.
In addition to a detachable shoe mount, a side NATO rail, and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads, the cage incorporates ARRI-style locating holes for preventing accessories from twisting when mounted. There are also a QD (Quick Detach) socket and strap slots for even more options, and an HDMI/USB-C clamp is included to prevent your cables from pulling. The cage also has a built-in Arca-type quick release plate on the bottom for tripod mounting.
